Welcome to 3M DIGITAL LTD. By booking our coaching services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our services. By using our services, you accept these Terms and Conditions in full. If you disagree with these Terms and Conditions or any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must not use our services.

3. Services

3M DIGITAL LTD offers coaching services provided by Sergiu Finciuc. Our services include one-on-one coaching sessions scheduled through Calendly and conducted via Google Meet.

4. Booking and Payment

Clients can book a 30-minute introductory call through our website and Calendly.
Following the introductory call, clients can book ongoing coaching sessions at a frequency of 2 sessions per week, each session lasting approximately one hour.
Payment details and scheduling will be managed through Calendly. The client is responsible for ensuring timely payments for the services.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Clients may cancel or reschedule sessions by providing at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations or rescheduling requests should be made through Calendly or by contacting us directly via email.
If a session is canceled with less than 24 hours' notice, the session fee may still be charged.

6. Confidentiality

All information shared during coaching sessions will be kept confidential. 3M DIGITAL LTD and Sergiu Finciuc will not disclose any personal information or session content to third parties without the client's consent, except where required by law.

7. Responsibilities

Client Responsibilities: Clients are expected to attend scheduled sessions on time, participate actively, and complete any assignments or tasks agreed upon during sessions.
Coach Responsibilities: Sergiu Finciuc will provide professional coaching services, maintain confidentiality, and act in the best interest of the client.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 3M DIGITAL LTD and Sergiu Finciuc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use our services;
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes relating to these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

10. Changes to Terms and Conditions

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and it is your responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions periodically.
